Bill at New Look is the best, thorough, reliable service. Our Solara was in and out in 1 day. The rear glass with heat and rag top for our convertible was replaced like clock work no hassle when two people were paying for this particular job. They were courteous and polite and this day and age I just HAD to compliment for the great service. My Pontiac had a bad leak. When it would rain the front floor on the passenger side would flood. Thanks to Bill it doesn't anymore. I have an appointment on Dec 14th 2011. He is going to fix my BMW that leaks in the same area.
